DISCUSSION ON “WOMEN & THE ENGINEERING WORLD” is a program organized by the Electrical & Electronic Engineering Society (EEES) in collaboration with Department of Student Affairs & Alumni (SAffAD) aimed at sensitizing the awareness of UMP female students on the reality of the engineering world. In addition, this program is one of the efforts taken towards preparing UMP female students in facing the challenges and competition from male counterparts especially in securing jobs in the highly competitive engineering world. The discussion was held at FKEE Lecture Hall 1, Universiti Malaysia Pahang on 12th of May 2017.
