Welcome to the portal of the Electrical & Electronics Engineering Faculty UMP!
According to the Economic Transformation Programme (ETP) Website under the National Key Economic Areas (NKEAs) ;
“The Electrical and Electronics sector (E&E) is an important contributor to the national economy, accounting for RM37 billion in GNI (6 percent of national GNI), 522,000 jobs and 41 percent of Malaysia's total exports in 2009. The sector has spawned successful local firms and virtually every leading global firm operates here.”
As one of the pioneer faculty of the University, the Faculty of Electrical & Electronics Engineering (FKEE) has been striving to produce well balanced and highly skilled engineers and technical assistants in the field of electrical and electronics thus meeting and exceeding the industry needs.
The programmes offered by the Faculty are a combination of technology and engineering aspects with integration of applied and skilled based knowledge.
